Can someone critique my site/images

Heres the background. I am a wedding videographer who got started with photography
back in the 90s in school. I shot for a paper up until I graduated, but, TV was easier to get a career going. I am now working my way back to the photo side and despite my reputation for video in my town, I am having a helluva time getting photo bookings.
I redid my gallery last night, thinning it out a bit so my presentations would have more of an impact. My site is basic for now, until I get consistent bookings, then I will upgrade with a flash site (I just redid my video site a few months back). Nice basic site but your images are way too large for fast downloads if you have dial up then it would put you off.
