Here's 2 pics my Daughter and I did yesterday.

Which one do you like best for the front of my Chrissy cards?

:D

Of the two i think i like the second...I like the first almost as much, but the Christmas aspect is just a little too subtle for me for a card...The second is subtle as well, which is obviously what you were going for...Both are great images, please dont get me wrong...

Maybe I need a small Christmas tree in the backgroud, off centre and blurred a bit to give it a more Christmas look, but not too much.... ?

Both shots are very well done. For a Christmas card I think the first would be perfect if that were a Christmas Tree rather than a baby buggy, but it works as is just fine.

Then again the second is nice too, maybe you could do both and send them both out...?

I really like both shots. The first is probably better for Christmas card folks but you will likely get complaints because you cant see her face. The second is simply outstanding but probably too creative for your audience and again does not show your daughter's face.
They are both great photos. I know my wife would not let me send a photo out at Christmas time that was not at least a frontal shot. But your friends/relatives are probably more sophisticated than mine.

Thanks everyone...
The thing is, I have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl. My boys were at school when I was getting all creative and that left my daughter to work with. I always enclose a photo of all three of them for the relos to keep. And by using just her hand and the back of her it's not favouring her over the other 2 IYKWIM ? !

LOL :)

I am not a photoshop person at all, so this might not even be possible... but do you think that you could somehow put the what looks like a reflection or your childrens faces on the 3 reflective balls in the center? You know make it to where its not extremely noticable, unless you really look at the image. That way people will see it and be like WOW how did you do that?

They are both really great, but like someone else said the 2nd one is more Christmasy. In the first one, if you didn't know it was for Christmas, they don't really look like bulbs. And so that way in the 2nd one you can tell what it is, and like you even said you aren't showing favoritism =)
