Imported vs USA made

I'm looking at the Canon Zoom Telephoto EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS lens on B&H, and they have 2 of them, one miported, and one form the USA. The US one costs about $10 extra than the imported one. Is there a quality difference between the 2?

its all about the warranty. Imported has no US warranty.

Also, it's not USA made, it just has US warranty.

I will only buy USA. It has the warranty.

Either 50 bucks, or no warranty, which could cost an arm and a leg to repair a defect.
