rebate questions

I have a question regarding canon's cash-in rebates. There are 4 lenses im looking at 3 of which im hoping for christmas/bday. And 1 L lense im hoping to have enough saved up in time before the rebates expire.

These lenses have the following rebates
single/double
28mm 1.8 20/40
85mm 1.8 20/40
100 macro 30/60
24-105 L 50/100

Hypethetically speaking, if i were able to get all 4 lenses can you combine all 4 rebates? Or would i have do 2 seperate rebates?
