For those of you looking for Canon branded clothing in the UK:

Jackets and hats.

Wish there was a vendor here in the US.

Great!
I wish some were some available on this side of the pond, I would think there would be a great demand.
Apparently at one time Canon offered apparel directly from their site like Nikon does. Nikon has everything from parkas to coffee mugs on their site.

Do they not deliver to the US or is it expensive?

You know, that's a good question. I get the EOS magazine in my e-mail, and because it's in the UK, I just passed it on. I'll go have a look. Thanks.

Just went through the motions of buying something and there is a 'rest of the world' shipping option for £2.86 (whatever that is is in dollars)

I assume the US of A would come under the 'rest of the world' :-)

EDIT: That price was for a baseball cap - the jackets are more expensive to ship

Hmmm!!! gear that advertises to all & sundry that I use a known (expensive) brand of camera gear, for me I think not ;)

I use a Optech no brand strap and even 'black' out the logos on my Lowepro bags - I do this on the basis of attracting the least attention. Paranoid, I hope not but just my way of being sensible but YMMV

:)

Then I guess you'd never wear a hat with a car company name on it?

Hi Pinto

Ref Car branded hat, no.

Hats and me are a contentious issue, I need one because I am folliclely challenged but in the rush when we go on holiday I tend to forget the hat. Therefore with my SO's "done it again" look I end up buying another baseball or other cap in the locale of our holiday. The last one I ended up with was branded Billabong - a surfing and watersports 'company' AFAIK. A hat for me needs to be comfortable and functional if it has an innocous logo OK but unbranded by prefernce.

:)

When I wear jeans I put the belt over the company label or if that's impossible, I remove the label. I never do anybody's advertising for them unless they pay me to. Similarly, these hats with Canon on them - I'd wear one if Canon paid me to wear one. I would never ever pay to buy one. They're freebies not merchendise.

You remove or cover the Canon nameplates on your cameras and lenses, and take all the nameplates off your automobiles and other belongings? Wow!

Yup. Black tape over the obvious logos. Yes. I took the logos off one of my cars because they were stuck on and were causing water to puddle behind them thus causing rust.

My other belongings if possible I also remove all logos if they're going to be visible. I refuse to do free advertising for anybody.
