Hi All
I've used my 60mm f/2.8 for people/portraits up to now but wondered if anyone has any experience of using the 70 - 200 f/4 for the same?

Conventional portraiture has found, thru time and experience with medium format and 35mm film portraiture, the optimal focal lengths for different types of portraits. 'Optimal' is a blend of good shooting distance for facial perspective that our eyes are accustomed to looking at someone, plus a shooting distance -- one that permits good photographer-subject interaction without discomfort for the subject of being too close, and which permits placement of artificial lights for formal portraiture.
