My friends and i play airsoft and i am the sniper of our team so while doing a few shots for a forum i decided to post one of them here. Not to hard to spot me in this particular one but i wanted to know overall what could i do to make this picture more photogenic. (we were thinkking B&W but i have to be standing in the open to even bee seen in those)

I'm not sure what you mean by more photogenic. I would have framed it closer to the bushes to cut out the house and possible the fence. The colors are a little eh.. so maybe work on exposure and up the contrast a bit.

I see you peeking out of the bushes by the way :)

Thanks. Thats what i meant just overall things that would make it a better photograph since i am in a spot where i could be easily spotted. And yes that is my location if you want a more challenging one though i will be happy to post it.

I see your helmet to the right near the long thin leaved plants in a row.

You want to not shoot towards the sun but with the sun at your back, that would help make the photos look better, also cropping out the house and such would be a good idea, perhaps take some pics in a more wooded environment.

we do cropping from time to time(http://elftown.lysator.liu.se …oto/153184_1153469596.jpg (external link)) but in this instance we wanted all the clutter imagery we could get to take away from my position. And your geuss is incorrect. (close though)

I meant to say up the saturation, but you get the idea. You could always head out away from buildings and such. Find a nice place that would make a good landscape shot all on its own and shoot some where's waldo shots there.

Yeah i want to go out into the woods or something its just so hard to find the right time and places (we live in jacksonville so there is very little wooded area we can go without having a SWAT team called on us because almost nobody else here plays:rolleyes: ) but i think if we could get my dad to let us borrow the training house we could get some really nice shots since its in a secluded location....but thats aside the point. Thanks for the advice and if there is any more keep it coming.
