#1 is a great picture. It captures the large landscape feel very well. How fortunate to be there for such unique conditions. Glad you were able to capture the image nad thanks for sharing it.

#1 is a great image, but something about the 2nd one really moves me with its mystical look. The light spot (different colored rock?) kind of bugs me, though...I'd clone it out.
