I have a home-built PC for my normal functions, and I do network backup to a 6-year-old Dell that runs Linux. Full specs in my gear list below.

All of them are really too slow for 5D photoedits. I'm debating upgrading the Portege or getting a Cintiq and upgrading the desktop box. Jon
