Just wanted to say Hey -- and share one of my Christmas cards i think I may be handing out this year. Well, this one isn't really a card so much as a letter to Santa she will be taking with her to my DH's party (he is actually Santa lol) It is 6X4 so very afforable to print and have been big hit other years

Wondered when this was going to start. I'll have to work on it for you.

Cute picture. I wish she had a little more light in her eyes because that smile is priceless. :)

Dante, want to see your card with your two little ones. I'm composing something this week as I want to get the cards out early. I send about 200 of them.

Ginger...this is a neat concept. i think i'd try it with her totally BW or totally in color. i find the hat being colored and the rest of the picture not distracting...get my drift. it should be a child wearing a holiday hat, not a hat wearing a child if you get my drift.

Yeah slight touch of scrapping ;) I am somewhat of a digital scrapbook freak

Thanks for the CC guys -- yeah, the lighting was rough -- was in my bathroom -- the other shots I got catchlights, but the expression just wasn't there,.

I know what ya mean on selective coloring -- it isn't everyones cup of tea -- but hubby loves it (I think because they are like.

Hey eyes are quite dark in this pic though -- I am thinking my conversion may be too moody

bdj3 -- I use PS CS2

Wow, great card! I love the fabric and the font fits perfectly. Is this a template you created or did you find it somewhere? If you created it did you scan the fabric in? Very nice!

I would also like to see it all in color, maybe just desaturate the color to match the fabric? It really isn't that big of a deal though. Way more creative than I could do.
