Although I have been shooting boxing every week, its been awhile since I have shared any here. Shot at Michael's Eighth Avenue Ballroom Boxing Thursday night. They had 5 four rounders and one 6 rounder. Fighters seemed to be fighting in a very quick concentrated way to make the best of the shorter rounds. This led to some unusual moments, and teaching me to enjoy the after the knockout/down stories. Hey here's the lighting sucks there yada, yada, yada speech, but welcome all other comments.

1.Martin “Mardi Gras” Wright looks innocently to the ref as he knocks down Antwon “Supreme” Barrett of Chesapeake, VA.

2. This was one of the strangest first rounders I ever saw. Undefeated heavyweight Eric Fields of Ardmore, OK garnered a first-round TKO after knocking Donald Jones of Tulsa, OK. down three times.

Okay, last one. Tim Coleman rising to the occasion as the main draw. If you look closely, you will notice his feet are not even touching the mat as he was warming up. He went on to end this fight quickly (2:06)and elevate his record to 6-0 in the first round with a TKO over John Campbell of Pikesville, Maryland

I like these shots. The glare of the ceiling light adds to the pics!
