All the band members sing fantastic hit songs to a standing and applauding audience...All are awesome instrumentalists... Couldn't leave the pit for a wide angle photo of the new stage set...They are touring the US now...

Now for some uselses information. I shot this show last weekend and this young guitar player was on stage. I pointed at him and said "Hey look, it's Ric Ocasek!" He just grinned.

Thanks for the feedback gcobb...Ric Ocasek hasn't rejoined with the new band yet...It's Elliot Easton (guitar) and Greg Hawkes (keyboard) from the original "The Cars" band. Todd Rundgren came in to do vocals and he also plays a heavy guitar. Prairie Prince the previous drummer from The Tubes, joins the new band...while bassist Kasim Sulton presently is touring with Meat Loaf, Atom Ellis is covering for him on the Bass.

Just a tid bit, before I leave town for a day...FYI: The current commercial for Circuit City is using the popular Cars hit "Just What I Needed."
