Oh well see, you fall down. I've got these 15's holding me up. :p

Yep...If I was a Dick and Jane book I'd be "see Jane...see Jane with camera...see Jane fall down hill...poor camera...bad Jane!"

My first choice is the 16-35 L and second choice is the 17-40 L. But since I haven't anyone to get me gifts and I'm now on a very limited income I just don't see it happening. I did manage to get them both in my wish list at B&H though. :(

I got my POTN (pronounced P.O.T.N. :);)) strap today! It came in less than a week! I'm so happy. Now I have my whole set up ready to go and I even got a wedding to shoot on Dec. 28th. Happy me!

Congratulations! Now you just need a break to go out and shoot!

Just added another B+W UV MRC 77mm for my 100-400. I care not what they say about filters, since I am going to use them 100% of the time, but darn right I am going to use the best :)

I didn't really consider it a christmas gift, but I'm having a 20D delivered tomorrow and I will be getting a 50mm f1.4 soon so I can use said 20D. I'm also going to get a Canon P&S for the stuff where I don't want my 20D.

You will love the 20D 50 1.4 set up. It is so wonderful for light and sharpness. You'll be blown away by the bokeh of the lens. Also, I bought my sons a new Canon A530 which is only $124, but they are very little. I tend to borrow their little P&S when I can't bring my big guns.

I'VE GOT PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING I NEED FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO CHOOSE LENSES OR WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR ME, BECAUSE I NEED A CAMERA THAT IS GOOD FOR BOTH SERIOUS PHOTOGRAPHY AND ON-THE-GO PHOTOGRAPHY (LIKE A PORTABLE CAMERA THAT DOESN'T HAVE A 2-FOOT LENS STICKING OUT)

Canon Powershot A630 STOCK  Nothing else but a 512MB card

You know this is a crying shame but I can't actually think of anyting that I really need or want in the gear section this year. My girlfriend and my kids have been bugging me about it and I can't give them anything. So I'll probably end up with a sweater.:(

What I would really like is to have my kids home together but that doesn't sound like it is going to happen either.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
