I capture my friends niece lastnite on her baby shower and i really like this picture of her. can someone show me the step on how to make it better on PS7.

You took this at a very slow shutterspeed without flash, so it suffers from a bunch of motion blur of the little girl. Sorry, but there isn't much that can be done if you're looking for a "sharper" image. The only thing I can suggest is that next time use flash.

This is the best I could do:

1. Corrected the color cast
2. Reduced saturation (is oversaturated in my opinion)
3. Tryied to correct for motion blur using Focus Magic
4. Applied Noise Ninja to reduce noise
5. Applied USM at 300, 0.3, 0

yeah you right .. it was a spur of the moment when i saw her playing with her grand father.

If you want to fix the blurry part.. I am afraid that wont be possible... if you just want to fix the white balance then play with the levels.
