Hi!

One of the fringe benefits of living by the sea is that you get clear views of the sun setting. This one was taken with the camera sat down on the sea wall (just in the frame at the bottom) which resulted in the horizon being bang in the centre of the frame. Not half as dramatic as the real thing, but I don' think it's too bad :-

The tide was pretty far out at the time revealing more of the foreshore than is usually seen. This was two exposures combined.

Any comments ?

I like this one, great blend of colors and the sunset pops right out. Looks great!

I was using a Leica 19mm Elmarit mk I (the wrong one ... it's subject to flare unlike the mk II) on a 1DS mk I.
