A couple i took from the other day. C & C welcome and appreciated, I am really new to this and need all the help I can get :)

It has some possibilites, but the whites are blown out. You used f4 and 1/1000 with an iso of 200. You need to compensate for the whites, by a E.C. of -2/3 to cool them off. You should be shooting up in the F8 range for a greater depth of field and sharper image.
The Chickadees head is very soft, focus on the head and eyes.
