In spite of the crappy weather we've been having in Seattle as of late, I though I'd post these shots from early october. One of the prettiest sunsets I've seen. C&C Welcomed. If you had to choose one of these which would you choose. I'm thinking about giving one to my parents for christmas. Thanks again.

I love the first one the most and think it would make a great framed print...but I'd like to see the shadows lightened a bit (you have image editing okay, so I thought I'd show you want I mean...I'll remove it if you wish)...just to add more depth to the photo (I may have lightened them too much...but it's just a suggestion)

I see what you're saying about depth with the lightening of it. I really wasn't sure which way to go with it regarding the shadows. Thanks for the insight.

I also like the first, but the blurry mast (is that the right word??,, uhh, pole thing) is quite distracting. The others are far enough away you dont notice the blur, presumably from a longer shutter speed, but it was the first thing that drew my eye.

Even though the water was as calm as can be, the boat still rocked...yay for long exposures at night with boats.

Hmm,the 2nd one myself, the fence / wall works as a good leading line into the picture and the mountains add a different mood to the whole image.

I like the first one, but maybe you could crop it to remove that blurry mast on the left, it is too distracting from an otherwise very pretty shot.
