The Black Friday Web sites are filling up with ads. There is a story in USATODAY about them:

It looks like most retailers are knocking off $100 on the XTi (400D) with kit lens.

I did the wait-in-line thing once, and that was enough. I might still plan to go in on Friday or the weekend, but I won't get in line at 3:00 AM unless it is something really special.
