A night shot manipulated to look like a 'post impressionist' work.Up close looks like a painting but move away and it becomes like a hologram.

Post Processing.

What did you do to get the effect?

It was a long process using Canon 5.5 Arc soft.I have tried other images but can't quite get the same.I think it has something to do with the red saturation.
However, through a process of enhancing, oversharpening, blurring etc I then added the effect from 5.5 -Fine Art oil painting. Then on from there.Could do it again but it is a process of trial and error.I have near 20 edits that led to this one so I have kept a pictorial of the process.
LOL.Hope this answers your question!
PS,here is another shot in a bar. This has more of a nostalgic Americana feel but using a similar process.
