Does anybody out there have any spreadsheet or access templates that you use for photography that I can use.
Thanks!
Chris

Since nobody has responded, does that mean that you all use stand alone software like fotobiz, photo one etc?

it could be that your initial post was too vague, what type of spreadsheets would you like?

Only one I really use is the cost per print calc. A clean template can be had at www.inkjetart.com (external link)
This is mine: http://polisphotography.com …forweb/Pro_print_cost.xls (external link)

Some other great software that maybe you can make something similar to work for you:

When I get going, I won't be using a computer for anything other than photo editing.

IMHO computers are far too unreliable to use for accounts etc.

The only spreadsheets I use are to keep track of my travel expenses so they are all right there and laid out when it comes to tax time.

I use FotoBiz for everything else that has to do with the billing and customer stuff.

Not sure if you're talking about Spreadsheets for business purposes or for photographic purposes. There's one in my signature that you might find useful.

Rhys... if you feel they are that unreliable, how come you trust them with your photographs?

You mean no website, no selling via the net, no e-delivery of images. Isn't that going to be a little tough. I know that many of us operating in the day and age when we didn't have this available to us but I wouldn't know what to do without it now.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

I won't use a computer for anything financial. There's too much risk. I've seen my wife have to re-enter a years worth of accounts several times over because her computer made an ass of itself and that's without viruses and spyware etc. Do you really believe an antivirus program will actually stop a brand new virus? There's a big lag between the virus appearing and it being recognised and resolved by the AV companies.

Incidentally have you read the licence on Microsoft operating systems and software? It says something like "this chould not be used for mission critical purposes" because even Microsoft knows their stuff cannot be trusted 100%.
