Taken on a recent trip to Prague
Just made the sky a little more moody with adjustment layers, other than that not much photoshopular jiggery pokery

I agree what chander says about the foreground as a crop would bring you closer to the statues and make a better image, but alas it would take more of your very impressive sky, that's the downside to the crop.
