dont know this is the right place to post this, but really want to ask what you'd do different on this occasion?
(other then straightening the tower?)

Other than straightening the tower... It would be interesting to have the foreground (fountains) centered. This would creat a triangle with the tower as the point of interest. :)

Maybe try a different time of day too, as the light is pretty flat. The closer to dawn or dusk the better usually. ;)

Hard to do better in those conditions in my opinion... the light (sky) wasn't the best...

I think you did a good job considering...
