We have a small photo lab with a Fuji Frontier 370 printer. We have been losing our film bus faster than I can tell you and have been moving into other type of biz. ie frameing , inks etc.
The machine we use for prints is way more than we need and requires too much room and maintainace. We are looking for advice on switching to possible dye sub printing to handle what bus we have left in printing, And then maybe down size our store cutting the rent in half.
Any help would be great.
