Thanks Bluedog and montreal.

I live in Saint John NB, but the photos were taken in Truro and Amherst, Nova Scotia.

Ahhh... And there I was wondering what part of NB it was :D

I like the way you used the lines in #3.

The first shot is great, I was saying to myself "Man that looks like the old highway near Truro" before reading down. :)

I dig the lines in the third one, good capture. The 2nd shot doesn't do alot for me.

3rd for me, the lines in the grass pull you through nicely.
I'd perhaps crop a touch from the top?

Thanks for the comments and suggestions everyone,

Good eye Dorman, the first shot was actually taken from the second floor of Truro's tidal boar inn while I was working out of town. Thanks for the honesty about the second shot, do you think a crop with a lot less sky would help or is it a lost cause in your opinion?

Lesmac, thanks for the suggestion. You might be on to something. I might try taking a little of the top as well as the right to keep the 3:2 aspect ratio. Just enougth to bring the sky closer to being a third of the scene.
