Just got back from Hawaii and here is one of my first shots I've managed to process. C&C welcome.

Love that star effect and the reflections on the water!

Thanks everyone. After looking at it and getting some comments on it I realized that I included too much water in the foreground, but overall I'm pleased with it.

Calico, I was on the big island in Kona. It's quite beautiful there, I loved it.

Very good picture. The only recommendation I'd have for next time you're in Hawaii ( :p ) is to offset the sun to one side. I think it would look a little more interesting if it was off center. You can probably just do a slight crop of this one to bring the sun to the right 1/3 of the frame and leave in the trees.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

What a perfect shaped star of the sun and the redness of the sun rippling through the water looks good. Nice shot, well done.
