Cosworth, I renew my offer to come and humbly serve as your assistant. I would work for room, board and beer.

We're actually looking for a couple photography students in the Montreal Craigslist to come for a month and work for free room and board plus a $100 per week per diem. 8 hours a day shooting trapeze, topless people, softball, hobie racing, beach and pool volleyball, portraits, photo shoots etc.

The perfect place to round out your shooting, master metering and flash etc.

Not a bad gig for someone who wants a warm place to chill and meet some people...

And of course fellow POTN'ers would be preferred.

Sure. It's nearly impossible to find anyone free for work here. Not everyone can just drop everything for a 4 weeks and head south for multiple sunburns and margaritas.

I'd do it! Only thing is. Who provides the gear and/or replaces it if it breaks? $100 a week is good pocket change until something craps out...

I wonder if the women with the artificial chest enhancements have any less backpain than women naturally endowed with identically sized adornments!

Photos you take can be yours. I'm not a copyright hound since the sales process takes about 24 hours and ends when they leave.

As for gear, I've got a couple 1Ds cameras and enough lenses to use. Gear you bring would be up to you.

Great way to build up a sports or portrait portfolio with a ton of caribbean stuff.

Yeah, you get some trapeze pics, some beach pics. All we need is coverage for when events overlap. Take 100-200 good shots a day and you're set. The place goes quiet after lunch then picks up around 4:30. We usually take off from 1-4 for a swim or to go get soem stuff from the stores.

Night shots here can get pretty wild. I get to work in a nightclub, a sailing shack, a trapeze show, a full on theatre, a diving school, a water aerobics haven etc.

If you have underwater gear and want to dive every day for free, this is the place for you.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I don't know if I'd wanna touch your 1Ds though because my 30D would suddenly become crap. On the other hand I wouldn't use my own gear if I didn't have to. Dilemma dilemma...

Your 30 will get plenty of usage on your time off, trust me. I might even get people to bring gear with them that I'll want to buy off them or pay them back for grabbing it. I like to have spares and a couple new tools never hurt.

We'd make it win win.

So, technically you're selling your body to the man who paid your surgery?
