Thought I would do a quick poll just to get an idea the type of tripod head people are using.

Most people agree with me that the ...RC2 format is far superior for use on 35mm SLR style cameras (which, of course, includes all the DSLR's that are out today). Skip Douglas

410 gear head, uses the RC4 quick release. Love it, but it is used mainly for landscapes. Not a great head for action. -Ryan
