I am not debating anything; I merely offered my point of view.

It is my opinion, as wrong as it probably is, that a well rounded 'digital' photographer tries to learn everything he or she can about his or her camera as well as post processing. That means learning how best to edit photographs. One without the other, in my flawed opinion, makes it difficult to do the other.

And if I am right, which I probably am not, I know for a fact you can do much more with Photoshop CS2 than Photoshop Elements. I've had both. And no, it doesn't exclude you from using one or the other, I just believe the nicer body you have the more you are limiting yourself with Photoshop Elements. But then again, that's just my opinion.
