a friend of my that workd for canon dropped of a 80-200 f2.8 len for me to try out

wow cant wait!

I would like to take some christmas photos of my two kids with this len to take advatage of the dof.

any suggestions on lightind or iso setting for this?

i have a 20d a small fill flash tripod(the lens is heavy) and a big window for natural light
