Is it a Yugo? Which as far as I know was based on an old Fiat design. It's vaguely familiar, but it's just a guess.

cheers

Looks like a Fiat 127 to me.

Bigger engine, fat slicks, and a roll-cage and that'll be huge amounts of fun...!

So a "common vehicle" is what? Something everyone just uses as they need?

LOL they call them Malooh that's how i spell it:D They were everywhere in the late 80's. They made up 98.9% of the cars on the road back then LOL.

I lived there for 2 years and have been there twice. It's such a beautiful country and i plan on going very soon with plenty of L lenses:D

My mother and Sister were born in Warsaw and my Father in Italy.

So I am Polish/Italian+Australian:eek:

Edit: Yes it is a Fiat Malooh I don't know how to spell it in Polish but that's how you pronounce it.

Common in the way i used it
was to express that they are everywhere you look.
some were unbelivabley "unroadworthy" but they were still driving around.
A few were in "good" condition.

here is another, but these were not as prolific as the "Fiats" This was in a new part of the city, the fiats were more in the older parts and villages.

"Maluch" is how you spell it in Polish. "Malooh" is how it sounds. The city you've visited is my home city I used to live in untill age 20 ;] And yeah there are hundreds of thousands of those "cars" left. They stopped the production more than 7 years ago I believe. The cost of the brand new one was equal to almost $3K. You were actually getting 4 wheels, REALLY tight inside and that's about it :D .6L engine, about 25HP, just imagine...
