Also, do I need an account for ebay purchases? Whats the cost if any? And is there any difference between an account and paypal? Sorry for all the questions. I pay canons electric bill!

The eBay account simply lets you make the purchase in the sense that you agree to buy the item. The Paypal account is the escrow service that transfers the money from you to the seller. It is, in effect, your proof that you have sent the seller the money for an item. I'll vouch for this seller as I bought a B+W 77mm Polarizing filter from him. It did take a little bit longer for delivery (I'm used to 2-3 days from B&H), but the savings was well worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. Megapixels and high ISO are a digital photographers heroin. Once you have a little, you just want more and more. It doesn't stop until your bank account is run dry.
