I am a new member and just wanted to introduce myself. As you can see from my user name, my name is Greg. It was suggested from one of the other sites that I join this fourm becasue I am shooting with Canon. I began shooting 4 years ago and my first camera was a Canon 300D. Well I did have a Sony Mavica before that but that doesn't count. I am now shooting with a 20D and I do some weddings and portraits. I am not beig at making money yet but I have done some pay jobs. My real joy is shooting in my small studio I have in my basement. Here is a one I took about a week ago of my favorite little models.

I don't have expensive studio equipment but I am working hard at learning, I am using strobe lights.

Well just wanted to say hi to all the members and look forward to being in the group.

Welcome Greg, I'm relatively new to this great forum too.
That's a fantastic shot mate, absolutely lovely.

Hello Greg and welcome. Great shot, what are you using for your lighting?

If I had to critique that shot (which again is excellent!) I see two creases in the background, if you move your models farther from the background you can blur it out a bit more.. Though I know its hard with a home studio!

This forum thinks that you already know it is a new post so it only shows up if someone post a reply

Thanks everyone for the big Welcome ! Sounds like this is going to be a great forum.

But if I go to new post , this one is still not showing. Even after all of you have posted. I have to General Chat where I did the post and find it. Shouldn't it be showing up in the new post ?
