Well I have cheated on my current love (70-200 2.8) and made some sweet photograhpy love to my nifty 50 1.4. This lens was a pain in the ars to get due to the not some bright people at samys. So another 2 hour drive down there I now have my nifty 50. I love this damn lens. So far I have just a few pics (damn job got in the way) so here the only pic I have....kinda didn't even PP it....

It's a hell of a lens on the 5D. I used it exclusively for a while before switching to the 35L (which I had owned long before the 50, but rarely used after going FF). Now I'm doing the 35/85 combo. Nice shot there. Very painting-like.
