I shot this Chaffinch, I believe he's called in English, in Finnish "Peippo", with 7D in the beautiful evening light last monday. Shutter 1/800, ISO 640.
Nice shot Ari and welcome to the forum.

Having already bought the 70-200 f2.8 IS mkII I seem to be following Silverfox's trajectory! pocanontn Member 43 posts Joined Jan 2011 Location: Scotland More info | A couple of bird shots from the duck pond. It was nice and bright so it was 1/1250th, 400 iso and f5.6. Again the second one is a 100% crop on a 7D. Standard jpegs straight from the camera. I would have liked the 100% crop to be a bit sharper, but I realise that at f5.6 you do not have a great depth of focus for a duck on the diagonal.
