where can I learn about filters?

is there a place that reviews filters like lenses? How do I know which ones to get? I am interested in a polarizer and a ND filter for my 10-20 & 24-105 and a polarizer for my 70-300. Thanks

I also was looking for similar info previously and I came across tons of info on google.

I ended up getting my self Kenko CPL and ND8 + Lee's soft grad ND filter 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9.
I feel the colour filters can be adjusted or added in PS.

Get the best you can afford. You might be shocked at some of the prices, but there is a reason. cheap filters kill IQ.
