No comparison in the ability to lock on and track a target. Also, much better IQ. All I did to these was run them through Nosieware (shot at 1600 on a 10D), resize, auto color and USM in PSE5. They had just cleaned the boards so the glass was nice and clear. Your crop cleaned up the "attractive" maintenance area in the background and you can still see the puck coming in. I can't see much difference in saturation, but I am on a laptop with an uncelebrated screen.
