Hockey first attempts...a bit disappointed...

Thanks for the original adivice, I tried a few other bits and bobs, I've put a couple of the better pictures below but was generally disappointed with what I had taken. Going back in a couple of weeks to try again. Your comments are, as always, appreciated.

in terms of getting the game, #1 is great -- you've caught the moment she has secured posession, she's on her edges and moving, you've caught her face, and the other players left in the dust.

you'll get better images if you can shoot from the penalty box. wear a helmet.
