On a climbing holiay in Sardinia last year, I would go for an early morning walk along the beach while my friends slept in.
Usually nothing came of these walks, but one morning :)

nice- not soo keen on the yellow ring around the sun? i don't know if it looks weird to anyone else- it took me a while to actually view this image- my comp always has troubles on this forum recently... what's that all about? anyone?

I see what you mean about the sun, but I have no answer. It is like that on the raw file, perhaps that is what the sun did that day.
As for slow uploads I too have been having problems, especially with pictures hosted on Imageshack. It took me three atempts and to view this post https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthre​ad.php?t=239066
