is it just me or every time after I shoot and wash my hands a lot od black camera junk comes off... or i it just dirt?

I dont see it with my 20D either, but I never wash my hands.. Joke...

are you using a monopod?maybe from the foam?? just stop washing your hands it will go away..lol

Any chance that you are using some skin product (aftershave, hair tonic, sunscreen) that has alchol or some other component in it that could be softening the softer black parts on the cam? There are some cosmetics that can do that.
