While in Denver on business I had a chance to take a drive on my only day off. I managed to dodge the storms to get a few shots south of Idaho Springs in the Echo Lake, Mt. Evans area. The snow was about a foot deep and the Lake frozen but still beautiful to see for an Okie like me. The 2nd shot is a 3 shot sequence merged in PS.

Nice shots. I love Mt Evans, but of course you can't drive up it in the winter. It would be special, if you could.

Tune up your colour saturation a bit. I don't like pine trees and snow but it might be because Im from sunny South Africa

I like the panorama a lot. Although it's hard to see at this small scale, the panorama looks to be very well done. Mountain scenery really suits the panorama format. I like how you shot it from an elevation. Maybe you could post a link to a larger version.

Maybe this will help. Click on the link and you have an option to click and enlarge. Thanks for the compliments.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p
