Hi
I found a strange behavior of my canon 350D , every time i make a shoot with
Partial 9% at center , i found the photos more dark (lightly) under exposed
did you find the same behavior ? or is a lack of my camera

The light meter essentially presumes the world is 'medium gray': If you take a picture of a black cat in a coalmine, the camera doesn't know it's black, so will produce a gray image. You can't let the camera meter do your thinking for you. Move the lens around the scene to see what the variation in exposure will be. I usually use matrix metering (which gets it right most of the time). When you know how your meter reacts then you'll be able to control your exposures far more effectively. Rhys

Tested 3 new 350Ds and every 350D i test under expose every time about 1/3 canon 5d markII,24L & 24ts , 35L ,17-40L,24-70L,70-200 2.8ISL,50 1.4,85 1.4 , canon eos 3 ,eos 5 ,t90 , ae program and some very sweet fd lenses
