Last night I tossed and turned because I dreamed I got a new 1 gb CF card that was a no name and was attending a gathering for my family (like Thanksgiving). It was the only card I had and it was fine to start, but then it started corrupting, the pictures had streaks on them and I couldn't take another picture. Then my friend took my 5D and started walking off with it to try and find out what was wrong and left the building! I was so upset, I woke up in the sweat. What is wrong with me? :o Does anyone else have stupid photography dreams?

Seriously though, I've had dreams where I drop my camera in water or something of that nature. Nothing major though because usually if I'm shooting near water it's for some really high paid wedding or some such jazz and I can just go buy another anyway.

Suzie, Suzie....head for the nearest clinic...you have some issues....check yourself in and get things resolved....BUY more high quality cards!

(BTW...B&H is probably the most appropriate clinic for you.)

LOL. :) I hope to be in NYC over Thanksgiving, but the idea of trying a trip to Manhattan is ridiculous. :( And I fear, if I go this close to the holidays, my eyeballs will pop out of the sockets. :)

He is Mr. Thrifty. So, that would be good. But I order on line because of the tax. And I am doing the photography as a business, even if I'm earning practically nothing. I actually just need a few 2 gb cards and that's it. I'm very happy with my 5D, that's why I fear it will be taken. Now, if I travel and it does get stolen. I'm going to be wondering if I'm pyschic.

That's great! Anxiety gets to you, too. I'm not the only one. :)
