Interesting sky and reflection on the water.

I feel composition has some issues. There are too many distracting objects near the sides eg. girl walking out of frame and lamp posts on left, the structure on the shore, ferris wheel and boat on right. Some of these items could be used to strengthen the composition if located strategically but as it is I don't feel they help tie it together.

Also, the image is quite small, making it difficult to evaluate. You could increase it's size from 500X356 to around 800X570 and still comply with the sites posting rules.

Just my thoughts, I'm sure other will see it differently.

Joe

Very good shot!

I see a balanced compostion with a silhouette on the left and a boat to the right and an impressive sky with great colour.

Good job!

Mark,as has been mentioned above, the picture is far too small for evaluation.
Any chance for a larger version?

Yes it works better in the larger size, the elements look in proportion, I would have preferred the girl walking into the image instead of out of it, but was obviously beyond your control.
There's a few sensor dust spots that need removing also.

.

Wouldn't argue with that, also wish the boat was facing in and not quite so near the edge:)
