I just got the Canon 50mm f/1.8 II and wanted to go out last night and see what this baby can do. I will post a few more later today. Here is one photo for a small show here in Omaha at a bar called Shag Vodka Bar.

The image is a touch small for old eyes but it looks a touch soft ... you may need to sharpen after resizing. It is also nice to get several (6 or 7 or 8) images including wide angles and close ups if possible. I would also urge that you turn on IMAGE EDITING OK in the UserCP area so that we can, if useful, edit and repost your images with suggestions. As for this one image I think it would have been more impressive in landscape mode including both guitars.

Yup Its to small to judge but looks a little soft to me. Some PP would be necesary IMO

How big should I put my images on here ?

eh i generally make mine 800 on the longest side but 600 is a good even size too.
