Lovely new avatar, Pete. Very appropriate.

Since I am not an academic**, I will now bow out.

**Actually, my brother is a retired professor, but I think that only entitles me to say, "My brother is a retired professor."

  Hey Tommy, neither am I and I started the darn thread.....they do not scare me....I have enough BS in me so as to supply an entire generation of CalTech PhD graduates.

Hehe. School and me are a big thing now, and what I want to do with my future. I'm not sure if school, is in my future, and if it is, college or university, and what program.

If you can find a sponsor, then you need no school beyond grade 8.
Should your sponsor be a well to do lady which you happen to fall in love with and v.v., then the whole world is at your feet, my boy. You could have any lens/camera your little heart fancies. Beats having to work for living any day.
Do you see how many guys are chatting on here every day, all day, not a worry in the world. Well, mah boy, I think those guys either have a well heeled sponsor or they are Canon shills, perhaps both.;) :D

Well I dunno if I can post here either ... seems to be the preserve of old guys with urinary tract issues  Now whether that malady corolates with learnt cleverness or street smarts I dunno. Maybe the Dr Wu can help with some soFistikates staTestical anal-ysis?

The facts:
(1) Jak-jak needs a pessary, Belmondo and I do not (yet), since we are still hale and stout.
(2) Jag-jag needs a sponsor...Jak-jak would do.
(3) While Woo-Wee's teaching method seems softish...like, "let's learn by osmosis", I naturally can not vouch for her analytical skills.
(4) James is imbued with a carreer soldier's distrust of intellectuals, yet they probably fascinate him too. Brings to mind Goebels who was reported to have said: "Whenever I hear the word "kultur" I feel like reaching for my pistol."
(5) Keppler seems to be away.....err .....imbued....err... in absentia.

So far this thread is an inspiration to many of the 'great unwashed' and 'age impaired'

Unfortunately, this thread is turning into a failure, as so many other things I have attempted to do in my life.
Dr.Jakov has not helped either with his persistent and customary filibustering.
The only academically bent fellow who has posted here so far is NickSimcheck.
