Any thoughts? ,Jeremy My honest thoughts are: as mentioned before the lightpost is very distracting. What I mean is: Is it a picture of the light post or lighthouse? Also, the treeline; I can only see just the tops of the trees, it's not very pleasing to see just treetops usually. Thirdly, (for your second edit) on landscapes the rule of thumb is don't center your main subject or focus. The human eye usually finds it too boring and straight forward.
