I'm trying to decide on the Rebel XTi or not. I need to see your best XTi shots. Thanks.

The camera won't have much effect on the image, this is down to the lens. Which is why there are "show me your <lens> shots" posts.

Person behind the camera has the most effect not the lens.

What else are you considering?

Very true. I don't think any of us could really tell much of a difference between a good photo taken with a 30D and Xti or something. When you get to the 5D and full frame sensors maybe you can see a difference.
