The offering does state "USA Warranty". If it were referb or demo or used it would plainly say so. I don't happen the need another 20D body (I have one), but if I were looking for a 1.6 crop fromat this would have to be it.

I'm very comfortable with my 20D and not sure if the larger screen is worth it, but, yeah, I would get the 30D for that little difference.
