Instead of spending $880 on a new 20D, I would either A. buy a used one on these or fredmiranda's forums for $650-$700 or B. buy a new 30D for $1124 - $200 rebate = $924. To get the double rebate you could add a 430ex, and if you don't want it, sell it. 30D etc.
