I Went out tonight to try my hand at some night shots. CC please. I am brand new to photography. I am trying things I have learned here. I am currently shooting an S3i but my passion for this is growing and I am starting to NEED a 30D ;) . Thanks in advance.

first shots good - just think what it would have looked like if you took it with a 30D

Yup, I agree. Great shots, especially with the reflection, and straighten the second.

I suck at CS2. I'm having a hard time getting this pic straightened and saved in a format within the posting rules. If I save it to 800 then the file size is still too big. If I reduce the quality, then I get awful... I forget the spelling... moray.

Alright. This is my best. I clearly have tons more to learn. I'm finding that alot of my probs straighting this pic is the fact that I was not centerd on the building when I shot it. I was off to the left of centerline due to other objects being in my way. The lines of convergence in this shot are really tough to deal with. I used the horizontal lines to straighten my crop. What do you think? More suggs please.
